The main dining restaurant of Shiroiya Hotel, “Shiroiya the RESTAURANT” (Head Chef: Hiro Katayama), has been featured for five consecutive years in the internationally acclaimed gourmet guide Gault & Millau 2026.
A total of 581 establishments were selected from across all 47 prefectures of Japan, and Shiroiya the RESTAURANT is honored to be among them.
