An authentic fruit tart specialty shop in SHlROIYA HOTEL, an art destination in Maebashi City, Gunma Prefecture. Pastry chefs make everything by hand in the on-site kitchen, from the cake dough to the custard cream and jam. These exclusive cakes and pastries are produced by Miya Enmeiji, owner and pastry chef of “EMME”, a famous dessert and wine bar in Aoyama, Tokyo, which won the Gault & Millau 2023 “Best Pastry Chef” award. Miya Enmeiji

After training at famous restaurants including Frédéric Cassel in Paris, Miya Enmeiji worked as a chef patissier at T’SUKI Sur La Mer and the Michelin-starred restaurant LATURE. In September 2019, she opened EMME, a specialty “assiette” dessert and wine bar in Tokyo, with sommelier Shinichi Enmeiji. EMME has become a hot topic in Tokyo, visited by dessert lovers in droves. In addition to participating in the popular “France Exhibition” at Isetan Shinjuku, she also appeared on NHK’s lifestyle program “Bi no Tsubo”. Enmeiji won the “Best Pastry Chef” award in the global food guide Gault & Millau 2023.
