Located at the heart of SHIROIYA HOTEL's Green Tower is the Finnish Sauna, a building characterized by its triangular-shaped roof. Guests can enjoy loyly on their own in an authentic Finnish sauna experience. The sauna is open to two couples per day to maintain high safety and sanitary standards.

TTNE, a company specialising in sauna Dai Matsuo, professional saunner known as “Totonoe Oyakata” and Daisuke Akiyama, master saunner known as “Sauna Shisho” have founded, has created a unique and luxury bedroom sauna where you can turn over.

Guests who are not familiar with sauna or prefer a different experience can opt for the mist sauna. A mist sauna experience can simultaneously warm up and hydrate the body. The mist sauna is open to two couples per day to maintain safety and sanitary standards.

Shiroiya Hotel commissioned contemporary artist Hiroshi Sugimoto and architect Tomoyuki Sakakida of Shinsoken, to design a special space “Matcha-tei,” to be used for private dinners and special events.　The grain of the solid Japanese cedar Sugi counter resembles the flow of water. The layered glass façade, characterized by its chopped face created by the artisan, gives a rich yet clean impression. Matcha-tei also functions as a waiting area for the tea room situated in the back.
