Situated under SHIROIYA HOTEL's atrium, the LOUNGE is an all-day dining space. Empowered by the regularly changing look of the atrium and Leandro Erlich's installation "Lighting Pipe," guests can use this space for various purposes. As such, we'd like to think of it as "the city's living room." Enjoy exclusive culinary plates presented by the LOUNGE's young executive chef, Naoki Hoshi.

NAOKI HOSHI

Born in Chiba Prefecture, Japan. He launched his career at Mikasa Kaikan, a prestigious French restaurant in Tokyo's Ginza district. After ten years at Mikasa Kaikan, Hoshi was a chef at the Japanese bistro JB and Kitasakae Terrace, a French cafe in Urayasu, Chiba Prefecture. Currently, Hoshi is the executive chef at the LOUNGE at SHIROIYA HOTEL. Exceeding the borders of culinary genres, Hoshi is continuously pursuing a taste and originality beyond "simply delicious."
